Day one:

Here begins my journey of destroying Faddy and revealing the goddess within!
Join me....................


Breakfast:
Granola bar, 2 coffees
1 slice banana bread

lotsa water

Lunch:
1 slice pumpernickel with
1 egg white done in olive oil
& herbed feta crumbles on top.
Salad

Supper:
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes
corn.

tea.

Exercise:
20min cardio
30 crunches, 10 bicep curls, 10 tricep lifts

Positive:
It feels good to know that this is a true start. I won against the urge to have a glass of wine and I didn't snack at night.

Negative:
I've grown out of what were once my FAT pants. Aughhhhh!
