Day 5 - The "off" day
Today was the off day - no rules. But nothing crazy....
Breakfast:Cold cereal & soy milk, 2 coffees
Lunch: a beef dip & salad
Supper: pizza, 2 rice cakes with gruyere
1 glass red wine
weight: 154 lbs
